Free Standard Shipping

All hyperbaric chambers include free standard freight shipping to addresses within the continental United States. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation and order processing.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Freight: 5-10 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (additional fees apply)
  • White Glove Delivery: Scheduled appointment, includes inside delivery and basic setup

White Glove Delivery Service

For an additional fee, we offer white glove delivery service which includes:

  • Scheduled delivery appointment
  • Inside delivery to room of choice (ground floor)
  • Unpacking and debris removal
  • Basic setup assistance
  • Visual inspection with customer

Shipping Process

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Freight Delivery

Due to the size and weight of hyperbaric chambers, most orders ship via freight carrier. The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please note:

  • Someone 18+ must be present to sign for delivery
  • Standard freight delivery is curbside/threshold only
  • Inspect packaging before signing; note any visible damage
  • Keep all packaging materials until chamber is inspected

Alaska, Hawaii & International Shipping

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations is available at additional cost. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Delivery Issues

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Note damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  2. Take photos of the packaging and any visible damage
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at (773) 756-8455 or hello@oxyrenew.com
  4. Keep all original packaging materials

Missing or Lost Shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.
