Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Oxy Renew hyperbaric chamber. Please review our return and refund policies below.

30-Day Return Window

You may return your hyperbaric chamber within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return

  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Chamber in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and accessories included
  • No signs of wear, use, or damage
  • Return authorization obtained from Oxy Renew

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Chambers that have been used or inflated
  • Items with missing parts, accessories, or packaging
  • Damaged items (unless damaged during shipping)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Accessories and consumables (masks, tubing, etc.)

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Call (773) 756-8455 or email hello@oxyrenew.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Receive RMA: We will provide you with an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully repack the chamber in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the item to our return center. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item within 5 business days.
  6. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Refund Details

Refund Amount

Approved returns will receive a refund of the purchase price minus:

  • A 15% restocking fee
  • Original shipping costs (if free shipping was provided)
  • Return shipping costs (customer responsibility)

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Financing: Credited to your financing account
  • Wire Transfer/Check: 10-15 business days

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your chamber for a different model, please contact us. Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may be responsible for price differences and additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your chamber arrives damaged or is defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Do not discard packaging materials
  • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you

Warranty Claims

For issues that arise after the 30-day return window, please refer to your product warranty. All Oxy Renew chambers come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
